Vote at Union Meeting
This is notification that the following resolutions will be read, discussed and acted upon at the next regular meeting held on January 6, 2010:
"Whereas; the membership currently pays six and a half (6.5) percent in work assessments and, Whereas; it is difficult for many members to physically go to the Hall to pay for and retrieve their dues stamp and, Whereas; the actual cost of mailing the dues receipt to the member is the difference in the cost of a postage stamp and a quarter, which is over paid monthly into the general fund, and; Whereas; most jobs require that the member produce monthly, a copy of their dues receipt, now Be it resolved that; monthly dues receipts shall be returned by mail to the members' last known mailing address within five (5) working days."
